How to deal with the English Tourist

Our students received the visit of Hannah Waude, a language assistant in Vilablareix primary school. She delivered a presentation on how English people like to be treated while abroad. We have discovered how important it is to be polite when dealing with English customers especially, when you know that for them service is more important than food. She has spoken about body language and being professional in hospitality, too.
The activity was a good way to find out that politeness and formality don't have age barriers. If you would like to know a bit more about it have a look at this powerpoint.
