Dealing with the customer in the restaurant

The students in Direcció de Cuina and Direcció de Serveis receive the visit of Barbara Leonard as a customer in their restaurant. The students have previously worked on a restaurant setting. They have prepared the environment of the restaurant with the facilities , timetables, menus. Also they have roleplayed in class before the visit of a native speaker.
