Waiting tables is a
multi-tasking endeavor, as a waiter/waitress must greet the customers, take
drink orders, describe the menu, recommend and serve the food properly and
maintain an effortless attitude. This is what our Direcció de Serveis students
had to put into practice with our language assistant, Louise Smith.
